Welcome to PDFCore Studio! By installing the PDFCore Studio Chrome Extension or accessing the web application at https://pdfcorestudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

1. Software License Grant

PDFCore Studio provides software under three plan tiers:

Free Starter ($0): Non-exclusive, personal license permitting PDF conversion, merging, splitting, compression, and editing up to 3 files per batch operation. Free tier exported PDFs include a subtle "PDFCore Free Edition" footer credit.
Studio Pro Pass ($9.99 One-Time Lifetime): Personal, perpetual, non-transferable license allowing single-user installation on up to 3 personal devices with unlimited batching, 300 DPI high-res output, and 0% branding watermarks.
Team & Enterprise License ($29 One-Time): Commercial redistribution & team deployment license authorizing up to 10 employee seats with full commercial compliance rights and access to the self-serve Team Management Portal.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PDFCore Studio for any unlawful purpose, including violating copyright laws, processing illicit materials, or attempting to reverse-engineer proprietary license validation routines.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PDFCore Studio is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While we rigorously test all PDF engine functions, PDFCore Studio is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, corrupt source files, or browser crashes.
